I bought this watch because I was tired of changing my watch batteries every 2 yrs....I know, 1st world problems haha. As a 30yr old millennial im expected to use a smart watch but i've never had much use for the data those provide. I simply want to know what time it is and the date at a glance.I was fully expecting to be disappointed with this because I've had other analog watches that would not roll over the date at regular intervals. To my surprise this watch exceeded my expectations!Pros:1.) The date dial cycles during each night displaying the correct date each morning when I awake.2.) And it ofcourse keeps the time as well. After 1 month its still accurate.3.) Ive accidentally banged my wrist against all kinds of stuff and the face still hasnt scratched so it must be made of something hard.4.) For $50 im very happy with the quality and functioning. Not to mention it looks classy.Cons:1.) The silicone band is quite beefy (thick). I plan to buy something a little lower profile.2.) You wont be able to read the dial in the dark. (But seriously, when are you not already looking at a phone screen?)5/5 for style.2/5 for water resistance.I had to send it in to get serviced after a cold day of gardening in the rain. The crystal fogged up inside. I'd just had it for about 5 months at that time.Other than that, watch is great for the money and looks incredible on an aftermarket strap, like this Archer Watch Straps band.Randomly broke after several months by just taking it off. Zero customer service. The recycled plastic band it comes with is also a pain, it is velcro and the loose end faces upwards, making it almost impossible to place hands in pockets without snagging. I ended up buying a separate band and pins to go along with it. I liked this watch overall until it broke, what I thought was durable, one-body construction ended up as low-quality glue.Really like the watch design, and the strap looks great. It's not the most comfortable I've ever worn, and I'm a bit worried about the longevity of a dual-velcro strap, but all-in-all this watch is a great option, especially for the price.I loved this watch until the part of the watch that holds the pins for the wrist band broke right off. It is now impossible to actually wear the watch. Of course, this happened one month after the return date expired. Bad luckNeeds more lumon dial. Fades too quicklyDefective. I purchased it because the contrast between the wide white hands and the black dial make easy to read, and it was solar powered. But, about every couple of weeks when I put it on in the bedroom it's 1 to 3 hour behind, and once in the mid afternoon it was 2 hour ahead of time. I'll be looking to get it replaced under warranty. The watch seems okay, however, the watch band broke with light use. I would only recommend this if you are planning on purchasing your own band.a little big for a woman even with big wrists, but really nice design and quiet considering it has a second hand. Can even read without glasses. Have trouble setting the date # ??
