With its black leather strap, black face, and steel case with black numbers and tick marks, this is an understated and elegant watch that looks good at any time. Though a fashion watch and not a fine timepiece, the look is more 'evening' and so it's great for a night out and/or is perfect for a more expensive office setting, complementing the looks of a suit and tie.Accuracy seems to be pretty good and I've only had to adjust it once while wearing several days in a row after setting. The second hand hits right on the tick marks and numerals, there are no discernible flaws, and the scratch-resistance crystal is extremely clear to the point that I have to look twice to make sure it hasn't fallen out. The strap closure works as you would expect and I can adjust it to fit very comfortably (my wrist is about average in circumference).The watch isn't inordinately large and chunky like many of today's chronograph styles but it's not thin, either. It has presence on the wrist and will likely catch some eyes and some compliments. It's a beautiful watch that is dressy but not expensive. I like watches and I have many of them and this becomes quickly one of my favorite. I like the black genuine leather strap it looks very nice and the texture feels good to touch. The black color around the frame looks very sharp clear.It comes with a pretty good box for storage or even an excellent choice for a gift.This is a truly beautiful watch. Stainless steel housing, genuine leather strap chrono features (measures lap times, stop watch etc.), water resistant. This watch can be worn as a daily driver since the extra athletic features (lap times etc.) add to its casual character. But, at the same time, it can be used as an accessory for your evening shenanigans, mostly due to its sleek black watch area and the shiny leather strap. Due to its intended nature it is on the bulky side (bulky enough to make buttoning up a shirt sleeve problematic), but it's not huge. Generally speaking it has a very balanced appearance and I could see myself wearing this watch all day long in most occasions. As a bonus, it comes packaged in a luxurious box that functions as a statement for the product even before you get the actual watch out of the box.Feel free to check out the pictures I took for more details.The price is not low, but this is a quality item that carries the name of a well known brand. As long as it remains under $300, I would recommend it.I like this one. The watch face is quite busy, in a 'throw everything at the wall and see what sticks' sort of way, with multiple subdials and a marked bezel. In a smaller case this could prove a bit too crowded, and in a larger one too distracting, but the case is just the right size that everything seems perfectly balanced and in proportion.I'm not usually a fan of watches made by fashion brands as the brand premium usually bumps up the price without adding any value, but I think Hugo Boss is the exception to the rule. I've no idea about quality and longevity, but as far as looks go the Boss range is up there with the best of them. It has a sturdy but comfortable black leather strap. The watch itself is an elegant looking silver with a black background. The Boss logo is not so large that it is obnoxious. There are no numbers on the face and there are three background dials, but overall it is easy to read and tell the time. The watch is a medium weight though some may find it a little heavy. I like its heft though and don’t mind it at all. The box it comes in is certainly suitable for gifting it in. I would definitely get this watch again and recommend it to others, it has been a very nice addition to my watch collection.I got myself almost the exact same model a few months back for myself and I loved this watch.So when father's day rolled around I thought it would be cool for my dad and I to have matching watches.What I didn't expect was just how much it would mean to him.Very nice watch all around.Looks great, stylish and not too big of a watch face.
