I have a different brand of this watch style already. They all use the same mechanism. If you are looking for an imposing piece of metal this is the one for you. This is a rolling drum type of mechanism similar to the old electric alarm clock. It keeps good time and is very easy to read. No second hand or date which is a good thing. Be sure to properly set it up as the drums in mine were not initially aligned. You can find the instruction for this style watch on another site. Google is your friend.
